Should you decide to proceed with your purchase we require a deposit of between 5% and 20% of the total contract price, at the time you notify us of your intention to proceed. Once we have all the documents signed, and you provide us with any additional information we need, we will submit your application to the certifier (QBSA approved) for approval.
Once we receive the approval (usually 24 to 48 hours) we will notify you and order the kit building. Within about 7 days we will notify you of the delivery date of the building. The building will be delivered in about 4 weeks from this time. If you require a concreter, they will contact you re the slab and any other requirements you may have. We generally recommend that the slab rest for one week prior to the kit being erected.
We also provide you with a detailed payment schedule of when payments are due. All payments are made in accordance with the legislation we work under.
Purchasing a shed, garage, rural or industrial building is an important decision and we recognize that you will have a lot of considerations to take into account.
